Choutyke [Water/Electric] -> Lantine [Water/Flying]

Choutyke prefer the dark environments, playing on the waves at night and migrating to the murky depths during the day. They use their antenna to light their surroundings as they frolic. When they evolve into Lantine, they become strong enough to boost themselves above the ocean’s surface and glide. Humans who see their lights at night sometimes mistaken them for low flying planes.
