Skityan [Bug/Water] -> Rainyan [Bug/Flying]

Skityan can’t fly. It instead uses its vestigial wings to help it zip across the surface of ponds. When it evolves into Rainyan, they become graceful flyers. They use their sensitive front wings to effortlessly navigate the strongest of storms.
