Cressna [Psychic] -> Mushalia [Psychic]

Cressna and Mushalia are nocturnal Pokemon that eat the dreams of people and Pokemon. They are attracted to those experiencing nightmares, and will replace the dreamer’s nightmare with a good dream. Oddly, the are never seen during a new or full moon.
