Celesmelt [Steel/Flying] -> Melsteela [Steel/Flying]

Celesmelt generate powerful heatwaves from their arm-like appendage to melt down material to consume and assimilate into themself. When one generates enough energy (often by cannibalizing other Celesmelt) they evolve into Melsteela.
Melsteela uses it’s arm-like appendages as rockets to fly at high speeds and rarely rarely return to ground once airborne. When they die, their remains form back into many Celesmelt.
