Wyzelf [Psychic] -> Abuffet [Psychic]

A very wise yet derpy looking Pokemon. I imagine Wyzelf is light enough to float, but then it’s brain gets too big upon evolving so it just waddles everywhere. Abuffet is very huggable.

Oh and remember the tails have eyes!
