Moree [Grass/Fairy] -> Whimshii [Grass/Fairy]

Moree spread colorful, glow-in-the-dark cotton fluffs on windy nights to light up the night sky! Unfortunately, these floating fluffs are hypnotically beautiful. Once they evolve into Whimshii, they gain better control of their hypnotic fluff, being able to control the size, patterns, and effects of the cotton.
