Delyvel [Flying/Ice]

Delyvel are a kindhearted Pokemon, who have an uncanny ability to sense death. Myths attribute this to them being gifters of death, though not ones to be feared. They are said to wrap your soul in their prehensile tail, and safely deliver you to the afterlife.
